Cancellation policy
Customers may cancel their order if it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, the customer may return the item according to our Return Policy.
