Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their order if it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

  • If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, the customer may return the item according to our Return Policy.

  • Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Inventory or stock issues

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

If we cancel an order on our end, the customer will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
